What sets us apart form other law firms is that we provide personal service to our clients and get to know them each on an individual basis. If you are going to retain my services, you should also know about me: I graduated Hofstra University, Cum Laude in 1985; St. John’s University School of Law in 1988. I worked my way through College and Law School, so I understand the value of hard work and perseverance. After graduating Law School in 1988, I worked for a large Real Estate firm in downtown Manhattan, learning all aspects of Real Estate law and appearing in the City and State Courts of New York. Thereafter, I joined a smaller firm on Long Island which was a varied practice and, in fact, represented many of the Police and Firefighters in the NY metro area. I practiced there for approximately 8 years, honing my skills in the areas of Personal Injury, Real Estate, Business transactions and Criminal/ Traffic Law and appearing in many of the Courts in the New York Metro and Long Island area. We then merged with one of the largest firms on Long Island, where I worked for several years in charge of the Personal Injury department before starting my own practice 25 years ago. The main reason for starting my own practice was to provide personal service to my clients, which I felt was lacking in the larger firms.  My clients personally matter to me. As opposed to the larger firms, I give personal attention to each and every one of my clients. I return my client’s calls and emails, I do not push them off to a paralegal or secretary to discuss important issues. I have handled thousands of matters in the fields noted above for over 34 years and have become very familiar with all of the local Court systems. I was also appointed by the Court as a Referee approximately 9 years ago to handle foreclosure matters in Nassau County….only experienced attorneys are afforded that privilege. I am honest and trustworthy in both my professional and personal life and believe that all individuals should conduct themselves in that manner.

I am a member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association, admitted to the US District Court, Eastern District of New York. Recipient of the Certificate of Appreciation from the NY State Lawyer’s Fund for Client Protection.
